What happens during Sprint Zero

Kick-off call
We align on goals, constraints, and team. You tell us where you are; we tell you what we need to get the job done (accesses, tools, involved team members, documentation, etc).

Discovery
We audit your stack, interview stakeholders, and map the system. We lay the plan and estimate what does it take to get there. Sprint M and L extend this phase.

Synthesis
We produce the deliverables — usually a report, an RFP, or a technical document — and validate assumptions with your team. In Sprint L, we design and develop a PoC.

Handoff
You receive the full package: architecture map, backlog, delivery plan, documentation, repositories and everything we have produced ready to act on.

Is this just a paid proposal?
No. The Sprint Zero deliverables are standalone. Even if you don't continue with us, you walk away with something actionable, like a working PoC, or an RFP you can send to other providers.
