Citadel is a global financial powerhouse, operating one of the world's largest multi-strategy hedge funds and a leading market-making arm, Citadel Securities. Founded in 1990, the company has built its reputation on cutting-edge technology, data-driven strategies, and a strong global presence.
Citadel bought a powerful platform called ValuationMetrics (VM) to strengthen its fundraising strategy by combining financial insights with investor relationship tracking. We had been the technological partner for many years for ValuationMetrics, so we had to integrate our work into Citadel's infrastructure.
The technologies we used in this project
The VM project has a long history. We began working together around 2016.
We have contributed to ValuationMetrics throughout the years and continue doing so after their acquisition by Citadel in 2021, where we led the integration of both platforms during an ambitious M&A process.
Nowadays, we continue developing the platform, designing and developing new products for the group, managing their infrastructure and complying with Citadel's strict data security policies.
Given the nature of the project, we can't disclose any further information.
Learn more about Valuation Metrics on their website.
We have been working together for almost 10 years, so we know the platform inside out.
We've experienced M&A in multiple clients over the years, so we know what's expected in each stage.
Our teams spread across multiple timezones, so we work asynchronously to optimise working hours.
