| How do you modernize a critical platform for one of the world’s top football clubs?
For this project with FC Barcelona and La Masia, we rebuilt and improved a massive internal ERP used to manage players, staff, and operations, all while implementing CI/CD, refactoring code, and applying strict methodologies to reduce technical debt.
From backend to frontend, this was a deep dive into performance, scalability, and clean architecture.
Proud to leave the code in a better state than we found it.
