At MarsBased, our handbook is more than just a document; it is our single source of truth and the backbone of our remote-first culture. To ensure it remains as efficient as the code we write, we’ve given it a major overhaul.

What’s new?

This wasn't just a cosmetic update. While the new version is certainly more "appealing to the eye," the focus was on usability and speed. Here are the highlights:

• Revamped UI: A cleaner, more modern interface that aligns with our brand and makes reading through policies a much smoother experience.
• Powerful search functionality: This was the most requested feature. You can now find answers regarding policies, benefits, and procedures in seconds without having to dig through nested menus.
• Improved navigation: We've streamlined the structure so that the information you need is always just a couple of clicks away.

A huge shout-out to our CTO Xavier Redó Cano for spearheading this initiative. From the initial concept to the final deployment, Xavi has been instrumental in making our documentation more accessible and professional.
