Critical incidents don’t always happen during office hours. When an application is essential to your business, having someone available to respond can make all the difference.
Over the years, some of our clients have asked us about 24/7 emergency support. Until now, it wasn’t a service we offered. That changes today: MarsBased now offers support for critical incidents through a specialised technology partner.
The service includes active monitoring to detect problems and respond to critical incidents affecting your application’s availability or operation.
For now, this coverage is delivered through our partner, whose team provides the operational capacity to handle emergencies around the clock.
Different applications need different levels of support. We offer several tiers based on your required coverage hours, project characteristics, and expected number of incidents per month.
Depending on the selected tier, service-level agreements (SLAs) include response times of 15, 30, or 60 minutes. These refer to the initial response; resolution times depend on the nature and complexity of the incident.
Coverage is available for applications built with technologies such as TypeScript, Python, and Ruby on Rails, whether they run on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or platforms as a service such as Render or Vercel. We assess each project’s architecture and requirements to define the right support setup.
If your application needs critical incident support outside regular office hours, get in touch with us to discuss the right level of coverage for your business.
