I've been long enough working in consulting, and in very different kind of companies, to know that what works today, might not necessarily work tomorrow. Teams change, companies transition from being services-only to making their own products, some others expand internationally, new policies are adopted and what have you.

For sure, the tools we everyday work with also evolve. Most of them, for the better. That's the case of Basecamp, one of our favourite tools. Read on, if you want to learn how we use it to manage our oficeless company.

Launching a product is a battle against time. Nowadays, immediacy is required from every company because if you don't launch what I need, someone else will.

Some months ago, we published a blog entry about how we help our clients to reduce their time to market because we know that both entrepreneurs with their startups, big companies, and corporations need to launch fast to start gaining users and collecting data.

In this blog entry, we will give you more technical insight on how we prototype using static pages at MarsBased.

During the past year, 2016, we were involved in a lot of interesting initiatives: over a dozen different development & design projects, growing Startup Grind BCN to over 120 people per event, hiring two more people, working on internal projects (check our last post about our frontend framework called MarsMan) and many more.

In this post, you will find a month-to-month recap of what we've been through during 2016!

In September, we attended this year's EuRuKo that was held in Sofia, Bulgaria. EuRuKo is short for European Ruby Conference. Four of our Martians headed to the Balcanic country for a week of remote working and to attend this edition of the European Ruby Conference.

Although it is not the first time that we attend a big conference - we've attended Startup Grind Global Conference, BaRuCo or FullStackFest - it was the first time we took this sort of adventure where a big part of the team travelled together.

The outcome of it couldn't be more positive. We've detailed it in five points that you can find below.
